ingredients & instructions

1. add to a non-stick pan, medium high heat:
- 75 gr oats
- 1 ml salt
- cardamom & cinnamon to taste
2. add:
- 7 dl water
3. when boiled up on high heat, add:
- 20 gr nut butter (peanut/almond/pistachio)
4. stir and lower the heat to medium
5. let simmer & stir frequently for 20 minutes.
6. Turn off heat and let sit for 2-3 minutes.  

serve with apple sauce & sliced banana
