ingredients & instructions

1. add to a non-stick pan, medium high heat:
- 100 gr oats
- 0,25 tsp salt
- cardamom & cinnamon to taste
- 8 dl water (enough to cover plus some more)
2. boil up, add:
- 25 gr nut butter
3. stir
4. cook until done (10 minutes), or to preferred consistency.

serve with sliced banana

consistency: when using a non-stick pan, we get the opportunity to really cook down our oatmeal and "fry" or "brown" it. make sure to give it enough time, without stirring, for it to brown. but also stir enough for it to release the water.
heat: change the heat to manipulate cook time.
