Overnight Protein Oats

prepare the day before

ingredients & instructions

1. add to a bowl:
- 100 gr oats
- 25 gr chia seeds
- 1 date
- cardamom & cinnamon to taste
2. add 450 gr boiled water to the bowl, mix and let cool (30 min)
3. add a scoop (30-40 gr) vegan protein powder
4. press down frozen strawberries and put frozen berries on top
5. place in fridge until next morning
