1. In a non-stick pan, add:
- 100 gr oats
- 25 gr chia seeds
- 1 date
- 2 gr or 1/2 tsp salt
- cinnamon to taste
- cardamom to taste
2. Add 7 dl water
3. Boil up
4. Add 25 gr peanut butter
5. Stir & "fluff" up. Repeat every 3-5 minutes on medium/high heat until preferred consistency

Topping:
