- 125 gr apple sauce
- 25 gr water
- 5 vanilla drops
- 15 gr almond butter butter
- 60 gr gluten free flour
- 50 gr oat flour
- 5 gr fitafiber*
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2-5 gr vegan butter

how to make

1. Turn oven to 225°C / 435°F
2. Mix the apple sauce, water, vanilla drops and almond butter. 
3. On top of the wet ingredients: add the flour, vitafiber & baking powder. Blend together.
4. Blend the dry and wet ingredients together. 
5. Butter a piece of baking sheet and form the scone on top. Add tiny pieces of butter on top to add crisp and taste.
6. Bake for 22 minutes.
7. Let it rest 5 minutes before serving!
